The Lendsqr Human Resources team is looking for an exceptional candidate to take on the role of HR Associate. This is an exciting role responsible for hiring, administering pay, benefits, leave, and enforcing the company policies and practices.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that each step of the recruitment process is followed according to the company’s procedure 
  2. Ensure that new hires undergo proper induction with HR and other departments
  3. Ensure compliance to all the company’s policies, processes, regulations and conduct
  4. Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems
  5. Mapping out a learning & development calendar and organizing training for all levels of staff;
  6. Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
  7. Develop and implement recognition & rewards schemes for all levels of employees
  8. Monitoring payroll in conjunction with Finance and ensuring all benefits and compensations for all employees are adequately provided for
  9. Handling employee performance reviews for all employees
  10. Manage employee communication and feedback through company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, as well as one-on-one meetings
  11. Monitor the organizational culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction
  12. Accurately maintain all employee electronic records 
  13. Maintain a detailed database for all third-party service providers/vendors

Requirements

  1. Maximum of 1 year experience working in HR
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related social sciences field
  3. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
  4. A knowledge of major aspects of HR
