The Irorun team is looking for an exceptional customer centric candidate to take on the role of Customer Support Officer. This is an exciting role responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with all departments in the organization to deliver world-class products and services to digital lenders
- Selecting appropriate responses to customer issues and a timely response
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Escalating queries
- Working with the team and other departments to find appropriate solutions
Requirements
- Undergraduates of a university
- Recent graduate seeking to serve or just completed NYSC
- Not more than 25 years old
